Thadeous Larkin is Senior Legal Counsel for Product & AI at SentinelOne, where he advises on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IP, and product development. He previously served as Corporate Counsel at Amazon, supporting Artificial General Intelligence and emerging technology initiatives. Earlier in his career, he was a prosecutor in Virginia and later served on active duty as an Army Judge Advocate, including assignments at U.S. Cyber Command and a deployment to Afghanistan. He continues to serve as a Major with the U.S. Army Reserve’s 10th Legal Operations Detachment, aligned to the National Security Law team supporting U.S. Cyber Command. His national security work has included cyber-law training with the Philippine Army Cyber Command and NATO allies at U.S. European Command. Thadeous holds an LL.M. in National Security Law from Georgetown, a J.D. from Boston University, and a B.A. from Washington and Lee University. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and two children.
