Matt Gimovsky serves as Deals Counsel to Anduril's Connected Warfare business. Immediately prior, he was Senior Corporate Counsel in the Alternative Assets Valuation Advisory at Kroll. He is a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army focusing on administrative law and trial defense. Additional previous roles include General Counsel at Gray Space Strategies and Contracts and Supply Chain Advisor at Raytheon Technologies. Matt earned a law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in political science from the University of Rochester.
